Heyy , I’m Em. For the last thirteen years, I’ve been designing systems that bend to actual peoples lives. Especially the neurodivergent, chronically ill, “I’ve-tried-everything” kind.
What started as a survival tactic—keeping my business afloat between autistic overwhelm, parenting chaos, and bad health days—became a full practice helping smart, thoughtful people stop feeling they’re built wrong and start working on their terms.
I don’t do quick fixes or colour-coded templates.
I help you translate the chaos you’re already carrying into rhythm, leverage, and progress you can actually keep up with..
If you’re tired of frameworks that fall apart the moment life gets messy? You’re exactly where you need to be.
I didn’t start my own business because it looked glamorous—I did it because nothing else fit.
After a string of jobs including care work I fell into being a business owner in 2013 when I found out I was having twins..
I wanted to be at home with my family.
So I started my own business teaching guitar and composing music for video games.
As a self-taught musician, I took everything I learnt about… making it up as I went along and built my own business.
During that time I tried to learn everything I could about marketing, tech and systems, productivity and organisation and building a successful business.
But sadly no matter what I did something didn’t quite fit…
Fortunately, I was always a very happy nerd.
Uncovering new ways of making the tools I was using work the way I wanted them to.
I hacked my way through WordPress, ConvertKit, MailerLite, Webflow and then I fell into a tool called Notion and things suddenly changed.
I was being asked questions about running my business.
I was helping others with their business…
So I pivoted — and shifted to supporting other business owners.
Helping them launch, managing their business and supporting them to do the things I knew how.
But something was off…
I kept developing my business, and I was “successful”
£10k months the lot!
However something didn’t feel right…
Everything felt too rigid.
Coaches explanations were too shallow. (and assumed a bunch)
The expectations too linear. (1+1 =2) — I knew this but there’s more…
I was exhausted, frustrated and was working way to hard, and I was spending no time with the people I started my business for…
My Family.
I couldn’t keep working this way.
So I slowly started building my own workflows—tiny, adaptive loops that respected fluctuating energy and real-life constraints. My own systems built for survival…
Suddenly these “survival systems” started attracting other quietly exhausted high performers:
People who could think circles around everyone… but still couldn’t make the stock advice stick.
Helping them untangle their “mess” showed me something important: the problem was never their discipline.
It was the frame they’d been forced into.
There must be a reason why…
So I set out to discover how do we do… the things we do…
Today my work blends ecological psychology, systems strategy and a practice shaped by how people actually work—not how they’re told they should
I’ve partnered with hundreds of clients—from solo business owners to small teams alike—to turn sense‑making into forward motion without sacrificing their health, values or weirdness.
This isn’t about cramming more tasks into fewer hours. It’s about crafting ways of working that stay standing when life tilts—and still leave room for the things that make life worth living.
I came to Amelia without many expectations, just with the hope that ‘something’ could ‘help me sort my chaos out’.
She’s helped me to look at where the challenges are and deal with them as they come up.

Systems should bend to people, not people to systems.
Every framework I share is built for flexibility so you can adapt without asking permission— today, next quarter and five years from now.
Work should move like music: tempo that flexes, rests built in, space to improvise.
If a tactic kills your groove, we rewrite the score.
Depth lives in the layering—research‑backed structure underneath, lived nuance on top—so the groove still holds when life tilts.
Progress is measured in sustainable iterations, not polished plans.
Tiny, repeatable loops out‑perform one‑off sprints; stamina beats scale.
We loop. We learn. We build as we go!
Pick your path and I’ll meet you there!
So much of the conversations around Autism, ADHD, AuDHD is focused on prescriptive solutions.
